Ken Goldman, Former President, Hillspire, LLC; IPI Member
Ken Goldman returns this year to Chair our 19th Annual Family Office Forum. Former Chief Financial Officer of Yahoo, Ken also led Hillspire, the family office of former executive chairman and CEO of Google Eric Schmidt. Throughout his forty-year professional career, Ken has served as Chief Financial Officer of multiple public and private companies and has played a significant role in guiding three companies as they went public.

Governor Jeb Bush, Chairman and Founding Partner, Finback Investment Partners, Former Governor of Florida
Governor Bush served as the 43rd governor of the state of Florida from 1999 through 2007.  Prior to and after his tenure as Florida's chief executive, Governor Bush has been actively involved in the private sector. He and Jack Oliver are Founding Partners of Finback Investment Partners, a private equity firm that takes active minority interest in middle market and growth-stage companies. Jill Barber, President of CYMI Holdings and Clare Mathile, Family Member, CYMI Holdings, IPI Members
Jill provides investment and wealth advisory services to each member of the Mathile Family, founders of pet food conglomerate IAMS. Jill joined CYMI in 1999 just prior to the sale of the IAMS to Procter & Gamble. Jill has transformed the family office into a value-driven entity, resulting in measurable improvements in office culture and the development of a high-performing leadership team. Clare Mathile is a third-generation family member who is also a member of the Family Office Board. This session explores the pivotal role a Family Office (FO) plays in supporting family members. Crystal Maggelet, CEO and Chairwoman , FJ Management Inc.
Entrepreneur Crystal Call Maggelet led her father’s petroleum empire out of crises and into a secure diversified future, ready for her next generation to eventually take over. Maggelet is the chief executive of FJ Management Inc, a multi-billion dollar diversified family business headquartered in Salt Lake City that includes wholly owned subsidiaries Maverik, a chain of 340 convenience stores, and Big West Oil, a petroleum refinery. FJ Management also has a minority stake in Pilot Flying J service stations. Other family businesses include TAB Bank, a community bank, and Crystal Inn, a small chain of hotels. She will share her remarkable story of guiding and growing her family business, as well as her journey in preparing the next generation to lead the business and family office.

Julia Nolan, Deputy Chief Information Security Officer, U.S. Bank Information Security Services; Senior Vice President and Executive Director for critical domains, including Data Security, Insider Risk, Security Awareness, Forensic Investigations and Adversary Emulation
With 22 years at U.S. Bank, Julia has translated extensive experience in consumer banking, operations, regulatory changes and risk into a practical and balanced approach to securing U.S. Bank. In her tenure in Information Security, she’s had the privilege of leading teams to build cutting edge programs for managing insider Risk, breach and attack simulations and behavioral analytic modeling, as well industry-leading programs to protect data and enable business across the footprint. Mark D. Gordon is an entrepreneur with a keen ability to build companies and lead them to realizing their true potential for success. He orchestrated Odyssey’s pivot from shipwreck exploration to subsea mineral resources by recognizing the opportunity to apply Odyssey’s core competencies in a more productive manner, selecting diverse and strategic key mineral resource targets for the Odyssey portfolio and securing the funding necessary for the company to achieve success in this new endeavor.
